Diagnosis

We provide a very thorough and comprehensive new patient examination in order to formulate a treatment plan that best serves your needs. All services are provided and advised after consultations with regard to your short term and long term dental needs. You will be provided with a detailed treatment plan with options that we will discuss fully with you.

Appointments

Your appointments are scheduled at specific times to best suit your need and our treatments. We value your time so we endeavour to run on schedule. Should you be unable to attend a scheduled appointment we request that 48hrs notice be given, otherwise a fee may be incurred. We would like this notice so that we may accommodate other waiting patients.

Payments

SPA Dental requires payment on the day of treatment. You will be advised of the approximate cost of your proposed treatments prior to your visit.

Payments can be made with credit card, cash or cheque.

We can also claim health fund benefits directly from our office with Hicaps.

Infection Control

We follow a strict and structured protocol set by the Australian standards. We constantly evaluate our techniques for improvements and also undergo regular update courses. Our staff are highly trained in this area and we provide our services with complete confidence.
